HOW TO ORDER
1. Download order form.
2. Print a copy.
3. Fill in all personal details in block capital letters.
4. Specify desired item, including Name & Code (and size if needed).
5. Attach relevant fee, including post & package fee for each item
6. Post not-transactable Cheque to: Aikido Organisation of Ireland, Ballinashee, Geevagh, Co. Sligo
7. Cheques made Payable to Lara Natali. Please do not send cash.

For cumulative orders we will email post and package quote first
